Steps of production process

1.materials production,normal the flags materials is polyester 75D and knited polyester 150D.

2.Comfirm the artwork,we prefer AI or CDR files,and provide PANTONE Number or the sample for printing.

3.The blank polyester finished.

4.Plate making.

5.Machine Silk-Screen printing. (plate screen printing)

6.Color fixing under high temperature.

7.Washing the printing impurity.

8. Heat setting

9..Stitching, packing and inspect.
